Józef Czarnecki Иосиф Чарнецкий Iosif Charnetski

1895 — 1938 Kamianets-Podilskyi Case П-4706

Arrested 19 April 1938 for “counter-revolutionary activity.” Sentenced and executed by the NKVD during the Polish Operation. Rehabilitated 20 February 1957. He left no portrait. The site exists, in part, to keep him from being lost a second time.
